What's included in a standard janitorial clean?
Restrooms cleaned and disinfected, trash emptied, high-touch surfaces disinfected, floors vacuumed and mopped, breakroom surfaces wiped, and entry glass cleared. Weekly and monthly tasks rotate in on top, as shown in the scope table.
How is the monthly price set?
After the walkthrough, we estimate the labor each visit takes, multiply by the number of visits in a month, and add supplies. You see one flat monthly number on every invoice.
Do you clean carpets, windows, or hard floors?
Routine vacuuming and mopping are part of every visit. Carpet extraction, strip and wax, and exterior windows go to local specialists we coordinate, quoted separately.
Will the same person clean every time?
Yes. Each account has one assigned cleaner who learns your space and your scope.
