How it works

How After Hours commercial cleaning works

Getting started takes five steps: request a quote, a 10 to 20 minute walkthrough, a flat bid within 24 hours, a start date that fits your schedule, and a first-week check-in. After that, every visit ends with a photo report by text.

From quote to first clean, step by step

What you handle and what we handle at each stage. Most of it sits on our side.

  1. Request a quote

Tell us about the space and how often you want it cleaned. This starts the process, nothing more.

YouFill out the quote form or call or text. Name, business, phone, and a rough square footage.
After HoursReply to schedule a walkthrough at a time that fits your day.
  2. Walkthrough

10 to 20 minutes on site. The walkthrough is what turns a price range into an exact number.

YouLet us in and point out anything that needs extra attention.
After HoursMeasure the space, count restrooms and dispensers, and note floors, breakrooms, and access.
  3. Flat bid within 24 hours

One page with the written scope, the nights of the week, the monthly price, and a proposed start date.

YouReview it, ask for changes, and approve when it looks right.
After HoursAdjust the scope or schedule until it fits, then lock the price.
  4. Your first clean

Service starts on the date in your approved bid, planned around your schedule.

YouShare keys, access cards, and the alarm code, and choose who receives photo reports.
After HoursLog keys and codes in an encrypted record, then clean on night one and text the first photo report.
  5. First-week check-in

A quick conversation after the first few visits to confirm the scope fits your office.

YouTell us what's working and what you want done differently.
After HoursUpdate the written scope so every visit after reflects it.
Reporting

A report after every visit, in your texts

You never have to wonder if the office got cleaned. Each visit ends with a text to your office contact, and replying to it is how you reach us.

  1. End of every visit
    Report sent

Finish time, checklist count against your written scope, two or three photos, and the time the alarm was set.

  2. Next morning
    You review it

A glance on your phone before you open. No app to download and no portal to log into.

  3. Anytime
    Reply with anything

Flag a missed spot or ask for something extra. Missed items are re‑cleaned within 24 hours at no charge.

Getting started questions

How soon can service start?

Your bid includes a proposed start date, and you can choose any later date that suits your schedule.

How long is the agreement?

Service is month-to-month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.

Does someone need to be there for the walkthrough?

Yes, someone needs to let us in. It takes 10 to 20 minutes and can happen during business hours.

What do you need from us to start?

Keys or access cards, the alarm code, a contact who should receive photo reports, and your choice of supplying your own restroom products or adding restocking.
